Q: How do you calculate shipping?

A: All orders are weighed and charged the actual cost of shipping. 

 

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship? 
A:  All orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours.

 

Q: How will my order be shipped? 
A: We ship using the carrier requested by our clients. If no specific carrier is chosen we use FedEx Ground Services as an automatic default.

 

Q: Which carriers does Couple's Playground work with? 
A: We have relationships with UPS & FedEx. We also can use USPS priority at client’s request. Depending on the size of the order we can also work with various trucking companies. We strive to provide the most secure and cost effective options for our clients.

 

Q: Will my shipment be insured? 
A: Yes, we insure all shipments for the protection of our customers. 

 

Q: Is my package shipped discreetly? 
A: All of our orders are shipped 100% discreetly. 

 

Q: What if my order is damaged during shipping? 
A: In the event any of your boxes are damaged during shipping you must file a complaint with your driver upon delivery. It is smart to take a picture and document the damage. Always keep the damaged boxes and packing materials. This is necessary for your claim with the carrier.

 

Q: What if my package is returned to Couple's Playground? 
A: Please contact Couple's Playground immediately at info@cpplayground.com.

 

Q: What if I receive a defective item? 
A: Products with manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Contact Couple's Playground at info@cpplayground.com regarding replacement and return. All returns require a return authorization number.

 

Q: How can I make changes to my account? 
A: For any changes including address, phone number, email address,  name, etc. you can log in to your account and make the necessary changes.

 

Q: Is my credit card secured? 
A: YES! Your credit card information is never put into our website. Once your credit card is entered into our internal operating system the numbers are blocked out so no one has access to that information.

 

Q: When is my credit card charged? 
A: Your credit card is charged automatically upon closing out and packaging up your order for shipment.

 

Q: What options for payment do I have? 
A: Couple's Playground allows a variety of payments options for customers. However our main payment options are Visa, Master Card, PayPal and Shopify pay. For other payment options please contact us.

 

Q: Does Couple's Playground sell addresses or information lists? 
A: All client information is completely confidential. Couple's Playground will never use, loan, distribute or sell any information to anyone for any reason.

 

Q: Do I have to receive new item emails or information? 
A: You can choose to opt out of that service at any time.
